چکیده

ABSTRACT Introduction: For over 100 years, elastic band training has been used in fitness training, including mainly male physical strength female body sculpting and stimulation of stages child development. Objective: Verify the impacts on lower limb aerobic gymnastics athletes. Methods: The method literary data, expert interview, logical analysis were adopted. Mainly through method, 20 aerobics athletes a rhythmic club selected as volunteers for experiment. They randomly divided into experimental control groups then performed jump test 14 weeks, involving three steps. Results: It was found that before experiment, group slightly better three-step approach level 1 straight step than group. Elastic significantly improved trunk strength. Conclusions: Factors affecting selection content are: factors, cycle multi-age coaches’ factors. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.

The effect of strength training on performance in endurance athletes.

BACKGROUND Economy, velocity/power at maximal oxygen uptake ([Formula: see text]) and endurance-specific muscle power tests (i.e. maximal anaerobic running velocity; vMART), are now thought to be the best performance predictors in elite endurance athletes. In addition to cardiovascular function, these key performance indicators are believed to be partly dictated by the neuromuscular system. One...
